Official Board Minutes
Prepared by the Chancery Clerk - Clerk of the Board, Official Minutes are a finalized account of all actions and orders resulting from a meeting. Minutes will include all documentation relating to meeting agenda items, and will contain detailed board orders/resolutions regarding meeting agenda items presented.
Beginning with the first Board Meeting in December 2009, Harrison County began using a new agenda management system. Minutes documents will be visually different from previous meetings and will contain hyperlinks to attached files within the documents. File sizes for downloads will be considerably smaller than previous meetings as well. Depending on the meeting, some file sizes for the minutes can be very large and take some time to download.
